Originally hired as the noncom and semibulk departments manager but was given additional responsibilities because of proven abilities. -In addition to normal duties, serves as Backstock Manager on Sundays to ensure all replenishment for stores is completed within standards; has served as a manager in every department of processing within the DC; fills in during the absence of the departmental managers.-Supervises a staff consisting of 4 Material Handlers, 2 Equipment Operators and 10 Selectors.-Trains personnel in all functions required for the department, including cross training to ensure greater depth within the department.-Ensures accurate staffing to complete all work within all aging standards.-Consistently has increased UPH’s and reduced CPU’s.
