• Provided multi number of system installations and retrofits of AIT-XP and Fusion dark field wafer inspection systems worldwide.• Provided installation and retrofit includes diagnosis and repair of Automatic Defect Clarification, Dark field laser light source with Optics alignment, Fiber optic cables, mechanical, robotic, tool matching, factory automation and software related elements.

• Provided maintenance support for a broad range of areas including diagnosis and repair of Advanced Data Acquisition system, Digital image processing, Automatic Defect Clarification, Bright field light source with Carl Zeiss Microscopic & Optics alignment, Fiber optic cables, mechanical, robotic, factory automation and software related elements.• Maintained the best condition of the demo tools in the San Jose demonstration center and support customer installations in USA, Korea and Japan.• Provided instruction in the operation and maintenance of the WINWIN-50 system, including both basic maintenance training at the customer site and advanced training provided at Accretech Demo center in San Jose, CA.

• Provided on-site and remote field service support of Dark field/laser scan based Hard disk and the Mask Pellicle Inspection system for QC Optics customers, including system installation and preventative/ corrective maintenance for Discan systems in USA, Thailand and Malaysia.• Provided maintenance support for a broad range of areas including diagnosis and repair of HeNe laser light source with optics alignment, mechanical, robotic, factory automation and software related elements.• Performed the technical support to maintain the best condition of the demo tools for the Santa Clara demonstration center.

• Provided on-site and remote field service support for Ultracisions customers, including system installation and preventative / corrective maintenance for VIS (Visual inspection and Robotic Host system) for wafer manufacturers in the USA (MEMC St. Peters and other locations), Korea (MEMC-Korea) and Taiwan (TAISIL). • Worked with manufacturing and engineering to improve documentation and procedures for integration, final test, qualification and installation at the customer site with both English and Korean.

• Provided the initial line set-up and maintenance support for a diagnosis and repair of electrical, mechanical, robotic, factory automation and software related elements of SVG Track systems, Canon Proximity Aligners, GCA Steppers at the first Hyundai Fab Line 1 at I-chon factory. • Worked with Apps, Equipment and manufacturing teams to improve documentation and procedures for process recipe development, system qualification, matching, tool integration, final test, clean room protocol, system qualification and Yield management at the production line.
