Product management responsibility for hot section turbine airfoils on the GE90-115B (B777) engine program, hardware scope includes blades, nozzles, shrouds, and hot section coatings, translated product line objectives around durability and stability into technical and execution requirements weighing cost, time, and performance trades, managed product change lifecycle from conceptual solution through implementation. Program operations quality leader driving management and recovery of new make assembly quality events ensuring immediate engagement of quality, supply chain, and engineering teams, root cause identification and corrective actions implementation, and ensuring lessons learned are shared across supply chain, engineering, and the program via the Quality Leadership Team process.Deployed to the Avio Aero facility in Turin, Italy to drive day to day tactical manufacturing execution, engineering engagement, hardware delivery, and process rigor for critical gearboxes required to support on time engine delivery.
