Responsibilities include direct management of project from beginning to end in a manufacturing environment. Define project scope and goals to be achieved. Identify requirements and establish critical path events such that the project finishes on time with all specifications met. Coordinate tasks with team leaders of various departments and maintain communications to ensure each person understands their responsibility and schedule. Create and execute project work plans revising when appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements. Review deliverables and issue to clients as required meeting deadlines. Ensure project documents are complete, current and organized appropriately. Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project and scopeFacilitate team and client meetings. Hold regular status meetings with project team. Communicate changes in scope within the organization and provide relevant project information to superiors. Resolve and/or escalate issues in timely fashion communicating difficult/sensitive information tactfully. Manage day-to-day client interaction developing lasting relationships. Comply with and help to enforce standard policies and procedures.
