A member of the Financial Services industry team, I manage historic rehabilitation, low-income and New Markets Tax Credit matters for investors, lenders and developers. I provide advice about the structuring of transactions involving such credits, supervises the drafting of appropriate documents and analyzes pertinent issues throughout the transactions. I also work on the purchase and sale of various state tax credits. He manages loan transactions involving incentivized finance transactions, including tax increment financing (TIF), community improvement districts (CID) and various types of state tax credits.My commercial lending background includes virtually every type of financing transaction, including asset-based lending and the financing of mineral and admiralty rights. I routinely work with national, regional and local banks and other financial institutions. I also work with inter-creditor situations and has handled major workouts for a number of national lenders.
