I am a Senior Development Officer and began my career in professional fundraising when I joined the Development Team at University of the Cumberlands in 2008. Cumberlands is the third-largest college or university in Kentucky and offers programs both in-seat and online, including certification programs and associate’s, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees. Before finding my calling, I spent 15 years in the retail automobile business at various dealerships in Southeastern Kentucky. The management and relationship-building skills I developed there have served me well, enhancing and strengthening in my current work.
