Manager of a team of Business Analysts and Systems Analysts to support the line of business applications and assist in strategic projects

Responsible for business analysis and project management of business process change and systems development in Elite 3E practice management software, Autonomy Worksite document management software, Accuity client screening software, and HighQ web portal applications.

Mourant du Feu & Jeune merged with Guernsey's largest law firm; Ozannes in June 2010. The major project was to integrate the two firms, and to assist in the analysis required to migrate the existing Ozannes operation onto the Elite 3E practice management system.

I transferred to the law firm Mourant du Feu & Jeune. My major project assignment was to assist with the implementation of the Elite 3E practice management system. This was one of the first implementations of Elite 3E in EMEA and required a significant amount of analysis and customisation to enable it to support the firms business requirements.

Was relocated to Jersey to work as a Business Analyst on a project to identify opportunities to convert archived paper documents and files into electronic images to reduce archiving costs.

Worked in the Transition Team for the outsourcing contract with Zurich Life & Pensions, based in Cheltenham. Initially I was involved in the Due Diligence phase of the contract negotiations, focusing on the business operations areas and its performance data. On completion of the handover of responsibility for Customer Service and Back Office policy administration from Zurich to Capita in Q1 2006, I moved into an Image and Workflow project team.

Worked within an in-house software development team at Capita. This team was responsible for developing a .NET based software system that provided future BPO contract wins with a Single Customer View front end to existing policy administration systems. This system was developed specifically to provide opportunities for economies of scale, simplified processing and process automation as future books of business are administered by Capita Life & Pensions Services.

I was a member of the onsite Transition Team in Dublin for the Prudential International outsourcing contract with Capita. As a member of the business analysis team my role was to assist the business to transform the Dublin operation to meet the Service Levels Agreements set out in the contract.

I was selected by Capita from my previous role in Lincoln Financial Group to become a Business Process Analyst for the Transition Team. As a member of the team I carried out a comprehensive review across the Customer Services operation. The review indicated savings of over £500,000 across the department, which have now been delivered through IT automation and process improvement.

Responsible for prioritising and implementing process and service level improvements to the Customer Service department.
