It was also imperative to provide unparalleled customer service and product knowledge to our clients and by extension their clients. While I held this position the application conversion rate nearly doubled previous rates.In my capacity as a product manager, it was my responsibility to ensure a clear set of product guidelines for each mortgage loan program. I also acted in a support role for account representatives, often attending trade shows or accompanying various representatives on sales calls to provide more detailed and nuanced answers to complex questions.
