Intellectual Ventures Instrument Maker team has grown nearly an order of magnitude in the last year and I have the incredible privilege to lead this highly talented and specialized group of amazingly talented people.

This is a one person R&D machine shop. Starting will just one manual mill, it's been built by me into a full machine shop with CNC milling (Fadal and EZ Trak) programming (SmartCam) tool room lathe (Hardinge) and all the support equipment needed to keep this small division of Lockheed Martin running smoothy. I produce, rework, modify, help engineer, design.

This was a company that I spent a long time at working in R&D on magnetic structures (wigglers and undulators) along with chemical lasers. Mostly machining but also assembly, shipping (sometimes very large machines) installation and engineering support functions.
