Knowledgeable in many products from sensors to Radio Frequency equipment. Experienced in harness & cable build and repair. Performs routine and non-routine, complex tasks to ensure product meets quality standards established. Recognizes, interprets, records test results and troubleshoots down to component level analog & digital on moderate to complex equipment and product. Understands the assembly documentation and technical prints and drawings, including Service Bulletins, Engineering standards, blue prints and assembly instructions. Understands fully the operation of the test stand assigned, and can provide guidance to others on its operations and results. Adapts regular test equipment to fit special tests, as instructed. Plans and executes short to moderate range work plans. Communicates activities effectively to other team members, and other shifts. Prepares test results and other associated communication, timely, accurately and clearly stated. Determine and document root cause failures down to and including component failures.
