Manufacturing Control Documents (M.C.D.) - Team Leader:The MCD team was created in the fall of 2002 at PPC to better bridge the gap between store design and manufacturing the design on the shop floor. I was asked to lead this group. Managing anywhere from two to four employees over the four year span. This included training many of the individuals who had skill sets in other applications. Teaching them in vector based graphics programs such as Corel Draw and Adobe Illustrator.Responsibilities included scheduling of the team's work. Review of shop drawings prior to release. Standard Operating Procedures for creation of drawings, productions images, production cut files for CNC and plotter based equipment. Prototype coordination with the manufacturing team. Coordination of project workload with all Project Managers.

Digital Pre-Press Technician:Developed shop drawing details and prepared high resolution production files for the large format digital inkjet printers. Coordinated and helped trouble shoot all production file issues with the manufacturing team.
