In this migration, the following SAP/R3 modules, to replace the legacy systems, were implemented: Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Mortgage Loan, Collection and Disbursement, Financial, and Material Management. Also, used SAS Business Intelligence to analyze the data from the mainframe and designed the ETL requirements.In another project, recommended and wrote the RFP to implement a VoIP telephony system to connect all the offices of the Pension Fund using existing network. There are now over 800 IP phones installed in the Pension Fund using the Avaya telephony system translating to an annual savings of over $300K.

Responsible for managing the Bourse’s data center, network, applications, and preparation of the annual budget of the Information Technology group. Negotiated the contract and managed the implementation of the Securities Clearing System for the equities market. The system allowed the securities clearing house to monitor all clearing transaction from T+1 to T+3 and allowed the brokers to know their exposures and manage their liquidity. With the system, it allowed the Securities Clearing House to introduce a Securities Borrowing and Lending product.Also, recommended the implementation of a Cisco VoIP telephony system that allowed the Exchange to save over $150K annually.
