Instrumental in writing the business requirements and use cases for the Escrow Process, Secondary Market Lending Process, and Umbrella Loan Process for the Fiserv credit union solution. Was also responsible for developing the system configuration and testing documents to guide Fiserv business analysts in the implementation and end-to-end testing of the Fiserv solution.

Conceptualized, designed, managed, and implemented the Government Wireless Application system (GWAPS) for a pension fund. The GWAPS is a secured environment that uses Radio Frequency Identification (RFID), match on card and wireless-communication technologies to provide accurate identification and transactional service to members of the pension fund. There are over 500+ GWAPS machines deployed in remote islands covered by the GSIS. Lead project manager for the migration of a pension funds multiple systems to SAP/R3 ERP ECC v.6 from a home grown mainframe-based system developed in Cobol/CICS/IMS/VSAM. In this migration, the following SAP/R3 modules, to replace the legacy systems, were implemented: Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Mortgage Loan, Collection and Disbursement, Financial, and Material Management. Also, used SAS Business Intelligence to analyze the data from the mainframe and designed the ETL requirements.In another project, recommended and wrote the RFP to implement a VoIP telephony system to connect all the offices of the Pension Fund using existing network. There are now over 800 IP phones installed in the Pension Fund using the Avaya telephony system translating to an annual savings of over $300K.

Responsible for managing the Bourse’s data center, network, applications, and preparation of the annual budget of the Information Technology group. Negotiated the contract and managed the implementation of the Securities Clearing System for the equities market. The system allowed the securities clearing house to monitor all clearing transaction from T+1 to T+3 and allowed the brokers to know their exposures and manage their liquidity. With the system, it allowed the Securities Clearing House to introduce a Securities Borrowing and Lending product.Also, recommended the implementation of a Cisco VoIP telephony system that allowed the Exchange to save over $150K annually.

Responsible for managing a team of 3-6 staff, gathering user requirements, transforming requirements to process flows, writing stories, normalizing data and creating DB2 objects, developing functional and detailed specifications, testing, and tuning applications for optimal access path selection and performance. As Facilitator, responsible for training team members in using CSCs methodology, conducting workshops, guiding workshop participants towards consensus on topics explored, and managing team dynamics.
