My USF Planning, Design, & Construction role involved managing capital and large critical maintenance projects, ensuring high-quality, sustainable, planned maintenance programs for all facilities, campus buildings, MEP systems, grounds, utilities, and open spaces. CAPITAL BUDGETS: I actively prepared capital budgets and programs, verified individual project milestones and specific goals, and coordinated projects through to completion for various new construction and renovation projects involving complex, multi-phase, multi-year construction, upgrades, and infrastructure. I took this experience into the role at Dartmouth, managing a portfolio with a value annual budget of over $100 mm and accumulative square footage of several hundred square feet, directing and leading a team of project managers to manage the program.
