As chair of the firm’s Corporate & Business Practice Group, and a partner in the Banking and Municipal Practice Groups, I bring meticulous attention to detail to my work with clients. I counsel financial institutions, businesses, not-for-profit organizations and municipal entities on matters regarding private and public financing, negotiating contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business planning and compliance issues. Prior to joining Underberg & Kessler, I concentrated my practice in public finance law for a number of years. I have experience drafting financial and corporate documents for Industrial Development Agency, Dormitory Authority, Water Authority and Housing Authority bond offerings.
