-Provide financial oversight for Defense and Civilian Sectors totaling $250M of revenue in the Federal Government Contracting Group.-Manage all activities of 12 Project Control staff personnel in the areas of: *Development and management of multiple Overhead and Occupancy Indirect Cost pools *Revenue recognition *Estimate-At-Completion/Estimate-To-Complete analyses *Forecasting/budgeting revenue, profit, cash collections, wins and bookings *Month-end closing processes including accruals and project review *Project close-outs *Invoicing and cash collections-Support a variety of audit requests from Corporate Office-Prepare reports and analyses for Executive Management at all levels throughout the company-Prepare and review cost proposalsStarted with the company (then called ITC) in 1998 when there were only 80 employees. Remained with the company through numerous acquisitions/name changes (from ITC to Planetgov to Apptis to URS to AECOM).Held a number of other positions during tenure with company, such as Vice President of Special Projects, Vice President of Finance, Director or Finance, Controller and Accounting Manager.As Vice President of Special Projects, participated in a number of acquisitions ranging from $20-$120M, and subsequent activities such as borrowing base and bank covenant calculations. Also assisted with several accounting system software conversions.
