• Established and managed Business Operations team, supporting Rakuten group companies globally
• Created and implemented strategic playbook on how to resolve operational issues, aligned and set up EU-wide processes covering the end-2-end operational value chain. Designed and rolled out multi-country operational.
• Standardised and extended the e-commerce KPI set, scoped and implemented an EU DWH solution, fully automated reporting and created a blue-print for group-wide data-visualisation via DOMO.
• Oversaw establishment of European operational headquarters in Berlin, enabled significant efficiency gains by leading the creation of centralised EU-wide BI, DWH, Lead Generation and Merchant-Support teams from scratch.
