Managing customer accounts, keeping track on contract progress, renewing services when necessary and ensuring that customers are satisfied with the service provided at all times. Integrating new customers into our various systems such as remote access, monitoring and anti-virus & spam filter services. I am responsible for our stock management, involving regular stock takes & reordering of consumable items.
