I possess extensive practical knowledge of enterprise architecture, digital solutions, complex development, system integration, testing, field force applications, IT security, networks and telecoms, service management, end user computing, unified communications, disaster recovery, business continuity, data protection and freedom of information .I always lead by example and look for innovative ways to keep my teams motivated and achieving success.As an Executive Board member since 2012, responsible for the operational running of IT systems for the Rural Payments Agency (DEFRA) including the definition and implementation of the IT strategy and Information Security, managing a budget of £40 million and leading a team of 140 IT professionals.
