• Monitor, administer, or refer borrower requests to functional business unit or outside party as appropriate• Provide detailed referral requests on transactions requiring lender consent (easements, partial releases, etc.) • Monitor and review loan specific trigger events to ensure appropriate action is taken within required deadlines• Work with Management on responses/decisions (risk assessments, construction draw requests, potential loan servicing transfers, etc.)• Manage and/or escalate complex issues; Confront problem situations; Follow up as needed• Monitors portfolio specific reports and adhere to established policies, procedures, and investor guidelines when processing open items/issues• Reviews written analysis of lease documents and enforce approval conditions• Ensure compliance with loan document requirements and borrower requests on all servicing systems

Responsible for daily deployment of rate sheets, rate uploads into WALT, Engenious, Eclipse, Encompass, Optimal Blue and the Web. Maintenance of Pricing rules in Engenious, Optimal Blue and WALT, Maintenance of Master Commitments in WALT, Price testing all links with the Trade Desks Models, Maintenance of physical rate sheets, running daily reports, including production and telephone reports. Assist with testing of WALT and Engenious upgrades. Assist in analyzing, identifying, modifying, creating or coordinating systems and process solutions for Business Lending and Consumer Lending, specifically the department of Business Lending Pricing and Inventory Control. Provide current updates on real time reports on activity occurring on the department’s Desks. This position has a strong project completion and testing function component. Including working with end users to identify system issues and problems and reporting them to the Manager – Pricing Desk. Working with Product Development to test and implement new products. Meeting with various departments to implement new policies and procedures were applicable. Create pair off reports for distribution to Management. Monitor Bloomberg on daily basis to watch for market movement. Manage product margins, inventory pipeline & Bulk loan master commitments. Validate and process Trade information into Treasury system. AOT and Direct Trade processing/pricing in accordance with Capital Markets guidelines. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: • Ensure proper distribution of Business Lending and Consumer rates. • Ensure proper Upload of rates into correct systems • Conduct User testing of new programs and upgrades. • Assist User Web testing. • Assist in exposing and debugging departmental systems and pricing glitches and problems. • Other Pricing and related tasks as required or needed. Pipeline management.

Understanding and completely utilizing the data systems. Detecting problems for correction before reporting/remitting to investors. Prompt and accurate reporting of residential mortgage transactions for my investors specifically GNMA Reporting to GNMA via GinnieNet. Remitting by check or wire funds due to investors, trustees, and certificate holders for pooled HUD-insured mortgages. Analyze investor reporting accounting problems. Maintain investor contacts. Receive and respond to inquiries from various investors and certificate holders. Handle any special projects requested of my supervisor or investors. Run queries monthly using Advantage Point and Monarch. Research & resolve any and all bank reconciliation findings.

FNMA ,FHLMC and GNMA reporting through MORNET, MIDANET and NDC respectively. Remitting, by check or wire, funds due to over 300 investors, several hundred trustees, and certificate holders for pooled HUD-insured mortgages. Process certificate transfers, Tracking ACH payments for accuracy. Analyze investor reporting accounting problems and submit status reports of any errors found. Maintain investor contacts. Receive and respond to inquiries from various investors. Handle any special projects requested of my supervisor or my investors.
