Leading teams to engage ahead of FDJ (pencils down) to add value by addressing high hurts in design phase on both E-PACE and I-PACE (JLR's first BEV). Saw E-PACE through FDJ to end of the first physical build phase (VB) before handing over for launch into production facility.Continued on I-PACE through FDJ into VB and then on into mass production with our contract manufacturing partner Magna Steyr. A very challenging project launching JLR's first BEV lead to various challenges including:- Engagement ahead of FDJ to resolve design issues and identify solutions for HV cable routing changes - Brief assignment (2 weeks) in South Korea to assist/troubleshoot with HV Battery frame manufacturing quality issues as supply was a key enabler for VB- Ongoing regular weekly travel to Graz from June 2017 to September 2018 to support the pre-production build phases and J1- Cross functional launch team leadership to ensure both build and SW related issues addressed in time for mass production

Lead launch team to deliver F-Type 16MY AWD, NLI and Manual.

Lead team of between 8-14 Engineers responsible for Engineering and delivery to launch of all components in the Door System including panelsConsiderable experience leading a team of Lead Engineers on programmes from concept to launch over 8 years specialising in door systems. A proven record of successfully delivering door systems on time and within cost and quality targets. The door system includes all of the Body Engineering disciplines from sheet metal, mechanisms, glazing system, seals to decorative trim (interior and exterior). I am a self starter and I identify opportunities that the team need to address based on my previous experiences and forward thinking. I am passionate about delivering designs suitable for mass production and longevity. During this period I successfully delivered the F-Type Convertible and Coupe door system that included the flush deploying exterior handle which is an industry first (patent pending). We also successfully addressed the build issues associated with frameless glass and resolved the XK FTT issues.Prior to this I fulfilled the role of Door Systems Module leader on Evoque, XF and XK.

Sealing system and Exterior Finisher design and PMST role on S-Type and XJ. Door system lead engineering role on X600 (F-Type that was shelved).Patent granted for Exterior waist finisher design now adopted as BOD.
