About Ed Terrell

My experience consists of over 13 years of working in the customer service field with an emphasis on web program management and being a corporate liaison during the past three years. Familiarity and skill in dealing with customer related issues are my specialties and I have over four years of web related experience in customer service and training. That experience includes, but is not limited to working with Microsoft Office Suites 2003, 2007, and some 2010 instructional training.
