Spotfire operated as a division of TIBCO Software.Provided strategic direction and management for a global team of a 120 people technical professionals in USA, Europe, and Asia. Delegated daily operations and management to directors and department heads. Responsible for establishing Spotfire Center of Excellences program used to drive adoption Analytics within our customers and benchmarking amongst their peers. Led integration and standardization of business processes into TIBCO, participated in technical due diligence of potential acquisitions and integration of the acquired companies into the Spotfire division.
