Developed and taught a 12-week summer course (LIS2500 - Reference Sources and Services) for the Department of Information Culture and Data Stewardship's MLIS program.

- Responsible for overseeing the Office of Commonwealth Libraries’ Chat with a Librarian (CWAL)virtual reference service—coordinating the efforts of 46 library institutions, 350+ library locations, and300+ statewide librarians and contract workers—which provides reference, research, and generalinformation assistance to all residents of the state- Creating and presenting trainings on all aspects of CWAL, its LibAnswers software, and virtualreference in general, as well as providing various POWER Library and librarian-specific trainings- Developing documentation and workflows for CWAL, including in-depth user guides, video tutorials,and online training modules covering all aspects of the service, as well as emerging trends in VR andnew software/service options- Compiling and interpreting program statistics, analyzing trends, developing new reporting methods,and identifying meaningful datapoints- Other projects include redesigning the POWER Library: For Librarians website within a custom-designed LibGuides environment, creating social media posts and short stop-motion animatedcommercials, and editing and captioning training videos and other materials

- Taught computer and technology classes, as well as provided one-on-one assistance—both virtually and in-person—on topics such as personal technology, software and e-resources, 3D printing, and more- Compiled statistical reports on library services, programming, and database performance; creating graphic representations of data for the director, library board, and township administration- Administrative coordinator for the WAGGIN Chat with a Librarian service; organizing staff from all three WAGGIN counties to provide online reference services for local and PA residents- Transitioned website to new hosting platform; worked with designers to redesign the site; responsible for new content creation and coordinating continued maintenance and operability- Performed reference services, collection development, and cross-department programming as needed; assisted the Library Foundation with fundraising efforts; and presented or taught various classes and conference sessions throughout the state

- Taught one-on-one computer and technology classes and other group classes, including middle school outreach visits - Performed reference services (database support, readers’ advisory, general and in-depth reference), as well as technology trouble-shooting and software support for patrons and staff- Developed departmental and cross-departmental programming, with a primary focus on technology- Assisted with collection development, programs and training

- Assisted the Library Director in all aspects of library management and planning- Wrote and researched library policies for board consideration- Assisted with the creation and implementation of a 5-year plan for reimagining the library and the library’s physical space- Assisting with preparing the library for, and the transition to, a county-wide library system

- Oversaw all circulation-desk activities and front-desk public services, as well as circulation staff- Responsible for scheduling employees and volunteers- Generated monthly director’s reports on circulation and library activity for the library director and library board- Completed monthly maintenance of patron and item records - Performed training for new library employees and volunteers- Developed and taught computer courses and one-on-one technology sessions, as well as providing support for all library programs, as needed- Provided support for the cataloguer and office manager, as well as the development coordinator, as needed
