For XBRL US, I developed a preliminary for XBRL taxonomy to support reporting Mortgage Backed Securities status and performance for investors and regulators. I have provided on going support for data standardization within the industry through XBRL US and MISMO Mortgage Industry Standards Maintenance Organization

I span the technology to business gap in the Mortgage Capital Markets area. I was with Wells Fargo in various forms for just over 23 years and I early retired in 2008 About half of that time was in technology developing tranche engines and electronic reporting. The other half has been in the business including a long stint in the MBS issuance department.

I created the earliest electronic reporting and data distribution channels in our industry. We had electronic bulletin boards and fax services in 1992 and went live on the web with SecuritiesLink in 1994 which became CTSLink.com. In addition I managed the Structuring group for all MBS issuance. We were the largest issuer of MBS in the US.

I created a tranche engine for modeling CMO and REMIC Securities as well as numerous other modules of a Bond Administration System.

Independent Computer Consultant.Among my accomplishments as a consultant was developing the monthly financial reporting for the entire Space Shuttle support services with Lockheed as my client. The system I developed saved Lockheed in excess of $15,000 per month due to inadequate reporting.
