Undertook a temporary administrative role at BCA during the interim between leaving Aldi UK and my relocation to Dubai, joining Haus & Haus.This role further tuned organisational skills through the management of inbound communications across various channels as well also positively impacting my customer service capabilities.

This is a programme which aims to give candidates a full experience of management within their retail stores with the goal of becoming an area at the end of 12 months.During my time on this programme, I was tasked with various responsibilities including: Ordering, shift management, team leadership, partial inventories, safe/ monetary management, attending to customer requests.

I was elected, as the Chairman of Lancaster University Hockey Club during my final year at University.This position required me to oversee the running of all club activities, meetings and events throughout the year as well as being the main contact for the Students Union and external businesses, for example Club Sponsors.At the time, the club has circa 100 active members requiring organisation, and these are spread through 6 Competitive Teams and a recreational Mixed Development Squad.

The placement role, as part of my University degree, involved the setup, testing and launch of a new system within the organisation, specifically the Digital Industries sector operating from our Manchester office.Data cleansing and visualisation, through the use of Microsoft Excel and Tableau were important in this position, to better inform the various teams within the business.Communication was also vital to ensure that the data was being correctly handled and not duplicated by different business areas.
