1. Alignment with Program Management on the required planning for assigned construction projects by defining the scope, budget, schedule, resource plan, procurement plan, risk assessment and overall project strategy.2. Integration of project status and requirements and creates project updates/reports.3. Resource person for internal and external stakeholders to ensure safety and quality procedures are strictly complied with and continuous improvement is practiced.4. Provision of technical support to project managers in resolving problems encountered for assigned construction projects.5. Identification of best practices and recommendation of corresponding improvements or development of processes for assigned construction projects; and5. Conduct of technical review of assigned construction projects to ensure TMS targets are met.6. Manage Contractors to ensure the project are implemented based on approved schedule, and within the required quality.7. Ensure the delivery of CAPEX committed to the project.

Philippines

1. Support Project Manager in the development of the overall project development strategies inalignment with the concerned internal and external stakeholders.2. Provides support in managing the project development process including feasibility studies, project design and planning including but not limited to construction design, material planning, market surveying.3. Develops relationship with internal and external stakeholders critical in the implementation of the project.4. Recommends changes on the project plan for approval of the project manager5. Documents identified best practices and methodologies during project planning and provide support to project development functions within CPMG.6. Reviews and validates appropriateness and effectiveness project management policies and processes within the Corporate Project Management Group -Integrated Management System (IMS).7. Ensures that all projects are delivered with full compliance to all policies, procedures and governance frameworks.

South Luzon Area

Duties and ResponsibilitiesNew Station1. Inspect together with the site Locator’s to determine the required development and utilities requirements.2. Coordination with Area Head, Marketing Head and Design group on station lay-out.3. Prepare In-House Costing of New Stations/Rehabilitation works and submit to Area Head for review and checking.4. Handles the implementation of new station construction requirements and specifications in coordination with the design architects.5. Monitors the progress of accomplishments and ensure proper documentation for any issues/concerns on site and timely advice to contractor if incurring delays. Likewise, timely calculation of LD if any.6. Ensure submission on time all required weekly and travel reports.7. Ensure adherence of contractor to required design standards and specifications.Station Rehabilitation1. Handles the implementation of station rehabilitation requirements and specifications in coordination with the design architects.2. Monitors the progress of accomplishments and completion reports of the assigned contractors.3. Recommends the amount of billings done by the contractor.

Navotas

Duties and Responsibilities1. Inspect together with other Department to check and validate the given Job Order/Scope of Works.2. Prepare the Project Plan to set the number of Man Power and estimate the Project Time of Completion. 3. Monitors the progress of accomplishments of Overhauling/PMS and Reconditioning of Marine Diesel Engine Parts and other Auxiliaries. 4. Check and review clearance, tolerance and measurements of Marine Diesel Engine Parts measured by the Engine Maintenance.4. Handles the requisition of Engine parts which need to be replace with specifications.5. Ensure submission of all Weekly Progress Report and Overhauling Accomplishment Report.6. Conduct run/load testing for Marine Diesel Generators and Sea/Net Trial for Marine Diesel Main Engine. 7. Check and gather Engine and Auxiliaries Parameters (pressure, temperature etc.) during testing procedure. 8. Operate Engine Diagnostic Instrument to obtain technical data and engine parameters to identify fault and engine performance.9. Coordinate with the Department Head for further Department Development.
