Key Responsibilities:- Installation and configuration, maintaining, and troubleshooting VoIP communication systems. Particularly proficient in implementing and supporting Avaya IP Office (Control Units, Virtual Environment and Servers), Avaya Aura Core Components (Communication Manager, Session Manager and System Manager, Avaya Media Gateways), Avaya Session Border Controller for Enterprise (SIP Trunking and Remote Worker Setup)- Provide technical documentations needed for the project like implementation plan, Methods of Procedures (MOP), Scope of Works (SoW), As-Built documents, Technical Diagrams, Knowledge Transfer, Admin Training and User Training to customers for Avaya Platforms (Avaya IP Office and Avaya Aura Core)- Implement and support SIP Trunking and Remote Worker setup utilizing Avaya Session Border Controller- Integrate GSM Gateways to Avaya Aura Communication Manager and Avaya IP Office, such as Yeastar GSM Gateways- Troubleshoot and resolve SIP related Voice Network issues- Coordinate with ISP to implement, maintain, and troubleshoot PSTN Trunks such as Analog, ISDN, and SIP Trunks
