Receives, organizes, stores, conducts inventories, tracks, and retrieves records; provides assistance with coordinating the daily operations of the Records Center using O'Neil Records Management System.Maintains a computerized records management system to identify, categorize, store, retrieve, and dispose of records.Coordinates, approves, and monitors the release of information and/or records to authorized departments; researches and responds to requests for information; prepares correspondence in relation to information retrieval and resolution of records retention issues.Evaluates and verifies all incoming records for storage and destruction are processed in accordance with the Hospitals Records Control Schedule and established procedures; monitors and assists with the development of the Hospitals Records Control Schedule.Appraises and analyzes Hospital records for retention and disposition; applies pertinent federal and state laws; maintains permanent records of destruction and certificates of destruction.Assists with conducting ongoing analysis of emerging technologies in relation to records management; provides recommendations to facilitate needed changes in processes and/or equipment.Retrieve all records or record boxes for review or delivery to requesting departmentTrain employees regarding departmental processes and/or oversee workflow as required. To proactively build guest relations in all aspects of Bowling Center operations. Responsible for a high level of guest service.Responsibilities:Provide direction in all aspects of center operations, including food, beverage, equipment, and maintenance to facilitate efficient operations and attainment of customer service and financial goals. Develop and maintain league business through effective relationships with league bowlers, adherence to league formats, and communication of league activities and announcements. Effectively train, schedule, coach, and evaluate bowling center staff to ensure guest satisfaction and maximum productivity.Work with our corporate Management team to define and execute marketing strategies to drive sales in league bowling, open bowling, and corporate functionsSolicit feedback and work with guests to resolve issues and concernsPrepare management and financial reports.
