Current- Interviewing potential candidates over the phone to gather more information about their skills, experience, and interest in the position.
- Reviewing resumes and cover letters to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit with the job requirements.
- Using various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media and referrals, to locate qualified candidates.
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process, providing updates, and addressing their questions and concerns.
- Tracking candidates' progress through the hiring process and ensuring a smooth flow of candidates.
- Communicating feedback to candidates and hiring managers after interviews and assessments.
