This position is part of the SA Operations Team and works closely with Program Managers, Project Managers, Site Managers, and Estimators to provide excellence in scheduling productivity analysis, resource scheduling, and project support and will contribute toward a safe, productive, and positive working environment.

• Established and developed an advanced planning system to cover a range of planning activities and functionalities including the Planning Management Plan (PMP) and its associated management plans and procedures for.
• Developed a high-level managerial dashboard by importing the updated information from Primavera to Power BI and established a related procedure to avoid repetitive actions and save time.
• Developed the project's strategy matrix by using Scope Management Plan and reduced reworks up to 10% in comparison with previous similar projects.
• Established an Integrated Change Control System (ICC) and developed associated procedures by holding Change Control Board (CCB) meetings to track the cost of the project and made a comparison between updated and cost.
• Proposed and developed Projects Risk Management Plans by using PMBOK guidelines including the project probability-impact matrix, the project's Risk Breakdown Structure (RBS), and the risk mitigation plan and associated.
• Introduced the Earned Value Method technique to monitor project updated progress against the project baselines and extract variance. Communicated to the project team members periodically to complete non-critical work.

• Developed and designed the project documents/drawings database in the Microsoft Access platform and devised online progress reports in engineering disciplines for monitoring purposes.
• Developed the project Engineering WBS to Drawings/document levels by using the Project CBS and deliverables which were defined in the Scope of Work (SOW).
• Responsible for checking the subcontractors’ detailed time schedule against the baseline with consideration of the project integrity.
• Responsible for updating the project Master Document Register (MDR) every 3 months by using the project Reporting and calculation procedures to deliver healthy engineering progress and reports.
