• Ensure all requirements of the Approved Arrangement Manual and the Export Control Orders are met.• Supervising Seafood processing Attendants from Level 1 to 3 in the execution of safe, efficient and effective tasks and work practices in the receival, holding and packing live lobsters for export.• Ensure all export products are satisfied with the company standard including quantity, quality and representation.• Ensure all export products are satisfied with international transportation standard including custom clearance labeling, airline ticket labeling and truck scheduling.• Directing, facilitating and coordinating the activities of production staff to ensure GFC’s operating policies and procedures are met and executed.• Supporting the Facility Operations Managers in the day to day management of the GFC OHSE program.• Staff training including site induction, risk assessment and associated work procedures.

• Calibrated and maintained instruments to keep equipment fully operational• Crosschecked readings with parameter specifications, investigate shortfalls and take action to remedy problems• Ensured that safety guidelines are adhered to at all times within the laboratory.• Complete the factory dashboard and discuss it with the operation manager to make the plan of the day
