Providing Project Controls consulting to the Consolidated Nuclear Services, LLC (CNS) Site Separation Management Contract utilizing Primavera (P6). This contract is to separate the management systems of Y12 and Pantex. The support is provided to the CNS Enterprise Planning & Controls (EP&C) Organization Program and Project Planning Manager to support mission needs. Currently providing the following support:• Participating in determining project requirements,• Planning and scheduling project activities using P6 and finalizing through reviews and team member stakeholders,• Utilizing other tools like spreadsheets and powerpoint to prepare briefings ready information schedules and other information,• Resourcing loading schedules,• Incorporating risk and cost estimates using standard CNS tools,• Integrating multiple projects into a master schedule and communicating the information,• Tracking and reporting performance and coordinating recovery schedules, and • Creating and updating metrics as appropriate.

Served as the Director of Business Development for Value Added Solutions, Inc. (VAS). VAS successfully delivered professional and staff augmentation services through the Department of Energy (DOE) with locations in Aiken, SC (Corporate Office Headquarters), and project support offices in Oak Ridge, TN, Piketon, OH, and Richland, WA. VAS specialized in Technical services, Engineering, Administrative and Business Operations, Waste Management, and Nuclear Safety and Operations Support. VAS provided experienced industry professionals and by implementing continuous improvement by obtaining feedback from our procurement representatives, hiring managers, and end users.Also served as Project Controls Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the company providing technical project controls consulting services utilizing Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, including Cobra focused on maintenance activities of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) Operations & Cleanup Enterprises. Maintained project controls compliance of the executed project scope. Proactively provided baseline change requests, forecasting reports, monthly status reports, and variance analysis to mitigate project risk requests, forecasting reports, monthly status reports, and variance analysis.

Providing technical project controls consulting services utilizing Primavera P6 and Cobra focused on cleanup of East Tennessee Technology Park (formally Oak Ridge K-25 Site). Maintains project controls and compliance of executed project scope. Proactively provides baseline change request, forecasting reports, monthly status reports, and variance analysis to mitigate project risk.

Provided technical project controls (Primavera P6 and Cobra) consulting services to the prime contractor, Fluor-B&W Portsmouth (FBPorts) in the development, redistribution, and planning of Waste Management including Non Destructive Assay (NDA) activities, resources, budgets, and actuals. This included monthly maintenance of both Waste Management and NDA schedules, cost data, and resource management. These services also provided baseline changes, monthly status updates, Variance Analysis Reports (VARs), and both DOE Internal and External Reports. Mr. Watson also assist with the overall Life Cycle Baseline Primavera P6 and Cobra files.
