Profile I am an enterprise architect with over 25 years’ experience in the IT industry and 20 years as an architect with well-developed skills in delivering world class computing solutions. My background has always been in leading IT outsourcing providers therefore my experience encompasses a wide variety of technology platforms across the whole spectrum of IT outsourcing services. In an increasingly global world role my role typically encompasses managing a team of both local and global IT professionals from many disciplines to deliver complex solutions for clients.The focus of my last role encompasses technical assurance and governance for complex server and service migrations. I recently lead a team which successfully migrated the complete online presence for a well-known bank together with their CRM system over the course of a weekend.In previous roles, as a principal solution architect, my responsibility was to respond to large scale IT outsourcing tenders in excess of £25m; this was a customer facing role encompassing the development and communication of winning proposals including the negotiation of associated commercial terms and SLAs.In the past I have been responsible for many large-scale infrastructure designs and deployments, across many industry sectors. My assignments typically cover architectural responsibility for the complete project lifecycle from the technology and services design to deployment and decommissioning.
