I have coached and led hundreds of sales professionals, within start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, on how to create strong sales strategies, build high-performing sales teams, establish proper value selling processes, advance sales opportunities to closure, and effectively negotiate large contracts. Over my career I have found that sales leaders can be challenged to optimize sales performance because they are unable to create actionable sales strategy for their teams to follow. Sales teams often fail to build trust with their clients, adequately plan their sales activities, define the unique needs of each client, or map those needs to specific technology solutions. This can lead to mediocre sales performance and clients that do not realize the true value of the technology they purchase. I understand these challenges and have the experience to empower sales leaders to optimize their sales team performance on a global level.
