About RTI - Real Time Instruments
Welcome to Real Time Instruments (RTI). Headquartered in Australia, RTI specialises in on-line analysis of bulk materials. Established as a service provider calibrating and maintaining online analysers in the Australian coal industry, RTI has steadily grown and diversified over the years. Today RTI manufactures some of the most advanced on-line measurement equipment to various industries including the global coal mining, mineral processing, power generation, cement, and food manufacturing. Supported by an extensive network of agents, distributors and business partners around the globe providing on-the-ground sales and technical support. RTI’s on-line analysers incorporate sophisticated technology that accurately measures the quality of a bulk material as the product is transported on a conveyor belt as well as conveyed by other means; for example, in a hopper, a screw-feeder, a chute, and in a pipe. As the company suggests, our analysers provide real time process information for improved control on the fly. Our most advanced AllScan® PGNAA Elemental Analyserbmeasures the chemical composition of cement, coal, iron ore, and most minerals. Our MoistScan®, the world’s most popular online microwave moisture analyser, measuring moisture content in a wide range of materials. Our AshScan® coal quality analyser measures total ash content in coal. The GammaScan® also measures total ash content but does not require a radioisotope like the AshScan®. RTI’s DD-1000 Digital Density Gauge measures the density of liquids and slurries in process lines. In Australia RTI is also the exclusive distributor and service agent for Process Automation’s range of high-performance Belt Weighers, Tectron’s Tramp Metal Detectors, and the MARS Tramp Metal Removal System.
