Eddie is currently a Senior Advisor to the executive team of Blue Grace Logisitics after their acquisition of Anthym Logistics. After his 4.5 years at Woodlawn he has returned to logistics once again. Anthym was created when Eddie joined and helped combine Cousins Logisitcs and Atomic Transportation. Anthym is a 3rd party logistics company that provides Truckload, LTL, Intermodal, and managed transportation services. Eddie also continues to be an operating partner at Woodlawn Partners where he returned after taking 5 years off to help grow Coyote Logistics. The firm has acquired 10 companies to date. With his operations and leaderships experience Eddie helps Woodlawn to build out its already strong portfolio. Previously Eddie was the COO at Coyote Logistics a Chicago based 3pl Eddie oversaw 30+ managers in 10 areas with over 1000 employees of this fast growing company. He was responsible for Enterprise and BD operations, Carrier procurement, LTL, Intermodal, a 150 driver services call center, claims, issue resolution and prevention, compliance, risk management, and partnered with General Council on contract review. He focused on increasing the service offerings of the company. He was responsible for developing operational process, management, and core personnel to help continue to propel one of inc. 500's fastest growing companies into a market leading 3pl. He joined the company in July of 2010 and helped grow the company from 250 people and 200 million to 2200 people and $2 billion in revenue at the end of 2014.Prior to Coyote Eddie was a Director overseeing the Chicago Central Branch of C.H. Robinson Worldwide, Inc., a $12 billion third party logistics (3PL) company. Chicago Central was the largest branch of C.H. Robinson. While there he oversaw thirty managers, encompassing twenty-two p&l teams, and a total of seven hundred employees. While there the business grew from a $300m in 2000 to $1.1 billion in 2007. His primary area of expertise was North American Transportation servicing Less-Than-Truck-Load (LTL), Truckload (TL), Intermodal, and Managed transportation services for over one thousand customers. Mr. Leshin was a VP with American Backhaulers from 1992-2000, and was instrumental in the growth of the $35 million company to over $300 million when it was sold to C.H. Robinson in 2000
