- Maintain a Marketing, Promotion and Communications presence for the Council in conjunction with the Munster Council PRO and CEO.- Maintaining an ongoing Council presence on Social Media including both Facebook and Twitter- Responsible for the compilation of all Munster GAA Championship souvenir match programmes including the sourcing of content, editing and proof reading, maximising of sales and advertising revenue and increased readership. - IT security & Mobile Telecommunications in conjunction with the Council’s Operations Manager.- Maintenance and improvement of the Provincial Council Website.- Responsibility to foster interaction, education, engagement and discussion regarding the GAA Championships through the use of online communities such as Facebook & Twitter amongst others.- Implement and develop a Provincial Championship social media plan in conjunction with the national GAA Championship Social Media Plan- Work with each of the counties in the province to develop a county social media plan- Coordinate the publication of written, video and visual content on a daily basis- Manage and moderate social media presence on all relevant platforms 24/7- Ensure GAA social media pages are the leading voice in GAA news within the province- Create and supply content for Provincial and County social media pages- Production of Council Publications including: Annual Information Booklet, Bye-Laws and Annual Convention Report etc.- Organisation of Council Events and Functions including: Annual Awards Dinner, Championship Launches, Seminars, Conferences etc.

Areas of expertise included Call Centre, Reporting and Intranet.- Recipient of the Dell President’s Award in 2000 for the design, development and implementation of a Human Resources Intranet site in Limerick. This award was given to the top 50 EMEA employees out of 10,000+. Subsequently set up HR Intranet sites in 19 EMEA countries, managing a team of 3 people.- Set up & maintained the technology for Quarterly Employee online surveys used by Limerick HR teams to monitor HR / People Management issues and implement solutions. Format now adopted globally by Tell Dell surveys.

- Set up and delivered in-house training for over 3,000 people in Dell Limerick for all Microsoft Office software packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Project) in addition to Internet Explorer.- Responsible for the creation of an annual Training Needs Analysis with 13 Dell Limerick departments (HR, IT, Finance, Manufacturing etc.) followed by the set-up of all soft-skills and PC skills courses. This included vendor management, budgeting, room set-up and employee sign-up prior to implementation of a Training system like My Learning.
