Infrastructure Fulfillment Management: Lead a project to bring visibility to our PMO Management team of active Infrastructure Requests Changes for over 100 Applications. Implemented meetings to coordinate efforts across Procurement, Architecture, Data Base Administration, Capacity Test, Network Administrators, Data Centers, and Application Management teams to reduce risks, identify constraints and prioritize our backlog.CoB (Continuity of Business) Data Center Test - Business Relationship Management: Our department faced many applications defaulting/failing to complete their yearly CoB tests. I reduced the number of applications failing these tests by improving communication plans, identifying risks, and establishing solutions such as training and infrastructure change requests.Software Development Project Manager: Project Manager on a 3rd party developed Software for the Bank. I managed our UAT phase for this software, which consisted of several sessions of stress tests. During these sessions, I coordinated the participation of the Production Team, Data Base and Network Admin teams to ensure the delivered software met the stipulated SLAs. Communication with the 3rd party development team was constant, and an Issue Log was created and maintained.Application Vulnerability Management: I reduced the response time it took from identifying threats to implementing solutions. I organized weekly meetings with over 50 technology teams to address critical system vulnerabilities and create appropriate action plans to address these threats. Solutions ranged from minor patch updates to complete system updates (software and hardware), requiring long planning testing and implementation phases.
