- Main responsibility is to setup, maintain and continuously improve DTAT office IT Infrastructures.- Acting as Business Service Manager. Responsibilities include liaising between Global IT Team and DTAT and lead various IT Projects at local level.- Local liaison for Information Security Office (ISO Staff). Responsible for first level contact on Information Security topics and ensure all local practice adhere to Global Information Security guidelines.

Level 2 Deskside IT Support. Troubleshooting Hardware and Software issues for Lenovo Taiwan employees.

- Act as Technical lead and escalation point for Taiwan and Korea Level 2 Technicians.- Perform administrative tasks and troubleshooting for Windows and Citrix Servers.- Act as Liaison between IT team and local BU, including reviewing customer satisfaction with key BU Managers on a quarterly basis.- Act as liaison between local vendors and global IT team (Telecom, Network, Infrastructure), especially during site and global projects.- Major Accomplishments includes moving the entire data center from Broadcom old Taipei office to the new Taipei office and bring up the DC on time and with no issues. Also receiving a SPOT Award for my involvement in the design and solution work for setting up a temporary office in Xindian for a BU project involving HTC.

- Main responsibility is general troubleshooting of Taiwan and Japan office users' IT issues, including telephone systems and PBX database maintenance (Avaya)- Act as front-line support for various projects such as office moves and IT system upgrades (e.g. WinXP to Win7 upgrade and changing telecom system from Avaya to Cisco IP Phone)

- Main responsibility is general troubleshooting of IT issues for the Green Lane Hospital site and the Community and Mental Health sites. - Working with and provide assistance for other IT teams where needed. (Helpdesk, Testing, Network and Telecom)- Create and updating Software Installation documents.
