· Performed effective continuous on-line monitoring of over 1500 assets across OPG’s Nuclear, Thermal, and Renewable Generation fleet using Advanced Pattern Recognition (APR) modeling, resulting in the prevention of 48 equipment failures and $1.5M+ in avoided costs.· Led the design and development of multiple condition monitoring solutions to identify known precursors of high-consequence failures, by utilizing custom algorithms and automated notifications to alert decision makers to degradation in monitored assets.· Provided effective assistance to station operations, maintenance, and engineering staff to diagnose complex performance & reliability issues by leveraging operational data to identify anomalies and provide actionable insights to subject matter experts in a timely manner.· Developed effective data visualizations in routine anomaly notifications, investigation reports, and dashboards to provide end users across multiple disciplines with the information necessary to make data-informed decisions.

· Analyzed crew-based wrench time data for OPG’s Darlington Refurbishment project.· Collected data on-site and conducted value-stream mapping and bottleneck analysis using Excel.· Identified multiple areas of improvement for crew productivity and presented results to OPG management.

· Oversaw all financial operations and reported regularly to senior management.· Built an AP/AR system in Excel to simplify billing process, generate financial reports, and identify opportunities to reduce unnecessary costs.· Implemented an end-to-end payroll system for hourly and salaried employees using Word, Excel and VBA scripts.· Reduced the time needed to complete payroll cycle by 75%.
