• Serves as the territory representative for Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Minnesota.• Acts as the liaison to the Fine Arts departments at Emory, improving the quality and quantity of Arts scholarship recipients.• Manages student ambassador program of over 100+ tour guides, lobby hosts, and panelists. Works with campus partners to provide ongoing training to ambassadors. Implemented an inaugural Ambassador DEI panel to amplify diverse perspectives in our office. • Aids the diversity working group in outreach to underrepresented communities in higher education.

Assisted Senior Directors of Residence Life and Housing, and Associate Directors, with residential programming, and data maintenance. Served as a student perspective in search committees, and assisted with move-in and move-out procedures. Generally, supporting the department that maintains over 4,000 residents at Emory University.

As a Resident Advisor, fostered the development of relationships among residents, which included planning and implementing programs to assist first-year students transitioning to campus amid COVID-19. Gained experience with being on-call, filing incident reports, and overall administrative duties, alongside counseling and advising students.Was promoted to Senior Community Advisor for the Emory Sorority & Fraternity Life living community, Eagle Row. New responsibilities include managing a group of 20+ community advisors, scheduling an on-call calendar, acting as a liaison between staff and advisors, and overall promoting the values of Residence Life and Greek Life through leadership amongst fellow Community Advisors.

• Led a relatively new program in the camp dedicated to helping the older scouts in camp achieve the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout, the highest rank in scouting, while at the same time acting as a mentor, being an Eagle Scout myself.• Managed multiple instructors, as well as a rotational group of six counselors-in-training.• Innovated new engaging programs for both campers and staff, which received praise from our reviews at the end of the summer. These programs included initiatives to help staff currently in the scouting program get the Eagle Scout rank, and a 101 course to prepare campers for their final Eagle Scout requirements.• Received the Director of the Year award in 2019 for showing exemplary leadership, effort, and commitment to the job. • Received a promotion to commissioner for the 2020 summer, but the camp faced temporary closure due to COVID-19.

• Instructed first-year scouts (ages 9-15) which included specific populations of scouts, such as those that were neurodivergent, physically disabled, and learning English as a new language.• Taught them the values of the scout oath and law, wilderness survival, and working as a team, while also supervising them in conducting high-risk tasks such as archery and swimming.• Received Staffman of the Year in 2017, an award voted on by all of the administration and staff, for showing exemplary leadership, effort, and commitment to the job.• Promoted to Assistant Director in 2018 due to exhibiting the knowledge and ethics necessary to lead a program area. In this new role, managed a rotational group of six counselors-in-training.
