As the Business Manager for WMs Process Automation Group, I continually focus on a few key items that assure we provide engineering teams to our clients with the skills, knowledge, focus and integrity to deliver highly successful Automation projects. My focus on hiring skilled, experienced Project Managers and engineers provides teams to our customers who can perform well in all types of situations. Additionally, I continue to manage a few projects each year to stay in tune with the needs and developments of both clients and vendors in our markets. Finally, client relations and continued development for the team round out my primary focus areas, making sure we keep our teams progressing in their capabilities to provide our clients an even better resource.As an independent Business Manager within the greater organization of WM, I have the flexibility to make key decisions concerning our team, the backing of a much larger organization to assist us in all areas of growth and execution, and the knowledge that our success is shared by the team and the whole organization as employee owners.
