I conducted independent research on women’s engagement with urban green spaces in Tamale, Ghana, for a period of 2 months.

This working group is an initiative of the Dutch National Youth Council, in which our team supports the Dutch Youth Representatives of Human Rights and Security at the United Nations. Our goal is to listen to the Dutch youth and to translate this to the global political field. We visit schools and give guest lectures which serve to collect their input on various topics such as social interaction, physical/social/digital security and diversity.

The Anne Frank Youth Network is a global network built on volunteering, which exists to actively engage the youth in topics related to discrimination and racism. Our team worked on projects to spread awareness and create room for productive dialogues between people over the course of eight months.
