-- Lead Corporate Workplace planning for 2012 DNC National Convention to minimize impact to 20,000 employees by coordinating communication and logistics with DNC, City of Charlotte, Secret Service, and key stakeholders. -- Lead Corporate Workplace planning for 2012 Annual Shareholders Meeting to minimize impact to 10,000 employees by coordinating efforts with various enterprise stakeholders and Charlotte police.-- Execute several key sustainability projects including “lights out”, reclaimed 400K gal of groundwater, installed 10 electric vehicle recharging stations, and supported Gateway Village LEED® EB certification (1 MSF). -- Oversee Facility Partner project managers to execute construction for NC and SC (except Charlotte) including infrastructure, admin, Merrill Lynch, Private Bank, retail, and ATM projects; 70 projects, 500 KSF, approximately $6M. -- Provide property management oversight for five (5) Class A office buildings (16 MSF), $60M occupancy expense budget, and customer satisfaction via facility partner model. -- Lead parking management for 10,000 owned parking spaces, 30 acres of land, car wash facility, and special event transactions yielding $15M in annual revenues.-- Lead New BAC cost reduction team for landscaping to impact 2012 expenditure by $500K and 2013 expenditures by $1M; support role for parking, coffee, and exterior lighting cost reduction teams.-- Develop first ever Charlotte Headquarters regional vendor summit to allow project managers, property directors, vendor management, facility partners, architects, and engineers to drive better capital plan integration and execution.
