As a Risk Management & Intelligence Specialist at Meta, I co-led the implementation of a regional risk mitigation strategy, collaborating with 10+ cross-functional teams to ensure platform integrity. This involved mitigating on-platform risks associated with events such as violent protests, constitutional crises, natural disasters, and over 100 unplanned high-risk events in the region.I also led process optimization initiatives in risk detection and mitigation efforts for Meta platforms, leveraging data analysis, programmatic, and business analysis skills to achieve a 40% improvement in detection and 50% reduction in mitigation time.Furthermore, I successfully developed and implemented a data analysis strategy, leveraging Python, SQL, and data science expertise to create 8+ dashboards. This strategy empowered data-driven decision-making and effective risk mitigation, saving an average of 3 hours of data extraction and analysis per use per person.

As a consultant I work on a project to optimize the selection and placement of beer products in OXXO. To achieve this, we developed an analytical model that analyzed sales data and identified critical variables for beer consumption behavior based on store location, socio-economic status, and other factors.We utilized several machine learning models, including clustering techniques such as hierarchical clustering and k-means clustering, as well as time series models like the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) and Multivariate Linear Regression to identify trends and make predictions.The k-means clustering algorithm helped us to segment stores and optimize product selection, ensuring that the right products were placed in the right stores, maximizing sales, and profitability.

Led a DMAIC project for Hultek. The focus of the project was to reduce the work-in-process inventory in the finishing area of their plant.As a team, we utilized Lean Six Sigma methodologies and worked closely with Hultek's team to thoroughly analyze their processes. We identified root causes of the high inventory levels and implemented process improvements, including the redesign of the working and production areas, adjustment of time standards, line balancing, and a production schedule redesign.Our project goals included reducing the work-in-process inventory by 53%, increasing production capacity for specific parts by 16-23%, and decreasing the production schedule error rate from 44% to 13%. By achieving these goals, we helped Hultek increase efficiency and productivity in the finishing area and minimize the need for extra shifts to consume inventory, resulting in significant cost savings.

As a participant in the Disney College Program's merchandise role, I had the chance to work in various retail locations throughout the Walt Disney World parks. In this role, I was responsible for creating magical experiences for guests, selling products, and providing recommendations for park activities. I was able to strengthen my skills in customer service, sales, problem-solving, and teamwork. This experience not only allowed me to form lifelong memories and friendships but also enabled me to ensure a positive guest experience.

As part of a consulting project, our team worked with BestWay Mexico to optimize their planning, administration, and task management processes. Our objective was to establish operational controls to eliminate fines for late deliveries, while also standardizing processes to improve overall efficiency. Through our work, we were able to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
