Serve as a operations leader in the world of E-commerce. Oversee customer success management while also overseeing the team of Marketing and Fulfillment. Part of my role is generating solutions to operations including project management and also develop key trainings for team morale. Maintaining KPI's in CSM department that contribute to contribution margin while also holding the team accountable to their KPI's. Also generating revenue through our wholesale channel and assisting in recruiting.

Served as a Training Leader demonstrating great operations and SME (subject matter expert). Managing and operating a multi million dollar store also while assisting my director or operations overseeing 10 other locations. Providing and developing key trainings to improve store KPI's and brainstorm revenue generating channels for each location to help improve contribution margin. Also part of my role was building effective teams that can run a location without management oversight. Hiring and delegating was big part of being a Training Leader. Also evangelizing the culture of the company and sharing my successes in the company to inspire others to grow as well.
