Currently, I am part of the Regulatory & Stewardship team at Corteva Agriscience, where my activities encompass the complexities of federal regulations issued by governmental ministries such as COFEPRIS. My solid background in Chemistry from the University of Guadalajara complements my knowledge and skills.My main competencies include a deep understanding of the regulation of pesticides and plant nutrients according to the COFEPRIS Reglamento y el Decreto, as well as Normas Oficiales Mexicanas such as NOM-232-SSA1-2009 and NOM-182-SSA1-2010. I also have experience in the regulation of improved seeds and in the best practices and use of pesticides by Stewardship department.In the R&D division at Corteva, I have had the opportunity to test my skills in standard compliance and goal-oriented focus, significantly contributing to our team’s achievements. Our collaborative approach emphasizes adherence to best operational practices, improving product stewardship and environmental safety.
