Manage individual accounts at the 30, 60 and 90+ day level in delinquency, request payments to avoid further delinquency actions, single point of contact for past due borrowers, build and cultivate relationships with borrowers, Achieve production standards set each month, Evaluate loans for possible foreclosure referral, work with borrowers thru the Deed in Lieu, modification or short sale process.

Act as a liaison between customers and internal workout groups in order to assist customers in resolving delinquencies with appropriate solutions in alignment with investor guidelines, while providing best in class support. Act as an owner of in-depth servicing issues research, including payment discrepancies, escrow inquiries, and contact difficulties. Audit, review account to make sure meet investor guidelines during any workout agreement, research documents and system notes to determine the best course of action to correct account issues. Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to resolve delinquencies and offer workout alternatives to foreclosure. Track and manage requests for research from internal and external customers. Report on system queue progress, based on assignments. Determine if partial payments will be accepted or return to borrowers facing foreclosure process, Process request to start or remove foreclosure actions. Investor reporting to Fannie Mae, VA and other private investors.

Correspond with customers, brokers, title companies, and attorneys in order to facilitate delinquency resolution through advanced contact, consultation, and collection efforts. Analyze and compare short payoff, modification, payment plan, and deed-in-lieu scenarios. Recommend best resolution to management and customers. Negotiate and close optimal outcome with customers, brokers, and attorneys. The process requires information gathering, documentation analysis, and file preparation/maintenance. Meet daily, weekly and monthly productivity standards and consistently achieve monthly goal objectives. This consists of calls standards and accounts worked. Meet Monthly Quality Assurance standards as defined by the business. Outbound/inbound calls on seriously delinquent accounts in foreclosure or loss mitigation and determine necessary actions. Manage a queue of approximately 200-300 accounts per month.
