Providing support services to the various partners and customers of Check Point, which includes professional personnel in the IT & Security field, as example; IT Managers, Security Analysts, Security Engineers and Network Engineers.Major part of the role's practice includes connecting on hands-on live troubleshooting sessions due to Critical or Priority-1 issues, root-cause analysis and bugs investigations together with R&D, as well asservicing customers via emails and phone calls alongside collaborating with different product teams in order to solve complicated technical malfunctions and issues.The technical knowledge in which I have daily been practicing is the following:• Specializing in VPN operation being part of VPN Products group.• Deep understanding of Networking protocols & their respective flow, for example;IKE Protocol, SSL/TLS, ESP, NAT-T, TCP&UDP and other Networking protocols.• Following network traffic A to Z in enterprise-scale environments implemented withCheck Point’s products architecture (Firewalls, Management servers, and end-point clients), utilizing Wire-Shark along with built-in CP tools such as Firewall-Monitor & Smart-console Logging system.• Microsoft environments; Active Directory: Groups, permissions, objects & attributes.• Linux OS based systems, such as Check Point’s Gaia-OS (CentOS based).• Replicating technical issues on lab environments using VMware vSphere.
