Responsible for providing a leadership role to the Quality team for the SEDA Grand Prairie site and to develop the strategic plan to improve the company's Quality performance.Provide a Quality leadership role for the FAA PART 145 repair station and manufacturing FAA PART 21 site. Manage and lead Quality team including Quality Engineer, Chief Inspector and hourly inspectors. Responsible for monitoring key process indicators such as DPPMs, First Pass Yield, Corrective Actions, MRB Turn Time, Customer Concerns, Internal Audits and developing and monitoring improvement plans for each metric.
